Dear Mimi....

My goal is to become a new version of Anne Frank or Zlata Flilipovic... Hmm since Anne named her diary "Kitty" and Zlata named her diary "Mimmy", I need to come up with a name for my blog... Hmm how about "Mimi"?. Yeah thats it.. I'll name my blog "Mimi" and I'll write about whats happening everywhere around the world right now... My favorite quote from Anne Frank is " I believe that in spite of everything, people  are still  naturally good at heart"... Maybe we all need to live by this, because even with all of the bad things going on now, there is still goodness, even in the worst people. All we need to do is just look for it. There was an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 on the Richter scale last Tuesday in Haiti...I saw the images on MSNBC, and they looked awful.. But, what really bothered me was Rush Limpnoodle's (Limbaugh) comment that President Obama was just rushing to send aid to Haiti just to "raise his approval rating in the black community" ( his words, not mine).. I sometimes have trouble believing that there is any goodness left in this person, because he just sounds so hateful and negative...My question is, why does anybody listen to this loser?

I can't believe I started classes again this past Monday....It seems that this week has flown by, with all my homework, etc...

Wow...

I still can't believe that my classes start back up again.... So much for sleeping in every morning like I did over winter break.
